Payments & Refunds

This page explains the terms for buying coins and other digital products in HalfReal, for transactions between users, and for refunds. Applicable law: Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, the Distance Contracts Regulation and the Law on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce No. 6563 (for consumers in Türkiye), together with the mandatory consumer rules of your country of residence.

1. What is sold and HalfReal's role

The products HalfReal sells directly are digital content used in the Service (for example coin packs, timed cosmetics, SVIP perks). There is no physical delivery; the item is credited to your account right after payment is confirmed. Prices, including applicable taxes, are shown on the purchase screen.

HalfReal does not pay real money directly to users. The Service is a technical platform that supports in-game trade and (where the Service offers it) exchanges of Virtual Items for money between users, outside the Service, through approved Partner users (see Section 4).

2. Payment methods

• Web and supported platforms: card payments are taken by our payment provider Stripe; your card details never reach us and are not stored by us.
• App stores: purchases made through Google Play or the Apple App Store are subject to that store's payment and refund rules.
• On some platforms (for example some mobile app versions) the coin store and other payment features may not be offered; your balance and history stay visible in every case.

3. Right of withdrawal

Under Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to intangible goods performed instantly in an electronic environment and to digital content delivered to the consumer immediately. You are told this before purchase and your express consent to start performance is obtained when you confirm payment. Once the item is credited to your account, no refund is made under the right of withdrawal.

4. Transactions between users and Partner sales

• In-game stall, gift and swap transactions take place inside the Service; exchange of Virtual Items for money takes place only through the Partner mechanism the Service offers and between users, over payment channels outside the Service.
• In these transactions the sales contract is formed between the buyer and the Partner/seller. HalfReal is not a party, seller, buyer, intermediary payment institution or escrow agent; it does not hold funds and does not guarantee that payment is or will be made, delivery, or the trustworthiness of the other party. The price, payment method, tax and risk of the transaction are the parties' responsibility.
• The users concerned are fully responsible for fraud, non-payment, payment to the wrong person, chargebacks and all other losses and disputes arising from these transactions; HalfReal has no duty to compensate them. HalfReal may stop suspicious transactions, freeze balances and share records directly with the competent authorities (User Agreement).
• Income, tax and reporting obligations from user-to-user transactions belong to the user.

5. When we refund

Even where there is no right of withdrawal, for products HalfReal sells directly we refund or correct in these cases:

• The same payment is charged more than once by mistake,
• Payment was received but the item was not credited and we cannot fix it,
• The item does not match what was advertised (defective performance); your rights under Law No. 6502 are reserved,
• Unauthorised card use confirmed by the payment provider,
• A paid AI generation is rejected under the content rules; the coins are returned to your account.

To request a refund email [email protected] with your account nickname, the date and the amount. Approved refunds are made through the payment provider to the original payment method; it can take a few business days to show up, depending on your bank. HalfReal has no refund duty for transactions between users.

6. Closing an account and balances

When you delete your account, the coins, diamonds, items and timed products on it are deleted and not refunded. Virtual Items on accounts closed for breaching the Agreement or for an unlawful act are not refunded and may be taken back.

7. Price changes

Prices and packs may change from time to time. The price shown on screen at the time of purchase applies.
